The hosted pages for subscription sign-up and subscription payment method change, used by some customers, have been suffering problems during the night of the 5th of February. It was not possible to sign-up and change payment method on the hosted pages during that time. The problems was resolved in the morning of the 5th. We apologize for the inconvenience and will strengthen our procedures and automatic problem detection. Notice that the problems was isolated to the hosted pages and not Reepay Checkout, Reepay API and other Reepay components.
