Processing through Evry to Elavon and Handelsebanken was experiencing problems in the timespan from 2022-05-10 04.00 CEST to 06:20 CEST. During the period there was intermittent connectivity issues resulting in some transactions being declined. We have identified the root cause and is implementing measures to prevent this from happening in the future.
